2. Motorcycle Delivery

New motorcycles are delivered only through authorized KTM dealers after registration, insurance, and pre-delivery inspection.

Delivery timelines vary depending on model availability and location (usually 7–14 business days after payment and paperwork completion).
3. Parts & Accessories Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard delivery: 3–5 business days

Express delivery: 1–2 business days (available for select areas)
4. Shipping Charges

Motorcycle delivery charges vary by dealer location (quoted during order confirmation).

Parts & accessories delivery fee: LKR 500 – 1,500, depending on weight and distance.
5. Order Tracking

For motorcycle orders, your KTM dealer will provide updates on registration, inspection, and delivery dates.

For parts & accessories, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.
6. Delays
Delivery times may be affected by stock availability, import clearance, or unavoidable circumstances. Customers will be informed of any delays.
7. Damages & Claims

Motorcycles are delivered fully inspected and in showroom condition.

If accessories arrive damaged, notify us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement.
