Refund Policy

At KTM Sri Lanka  customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as this is a mock/educational website, no real transactions take place. This policy outlines how refunds and returns would work in an actual dealership setting.

 

1. Motorcycles

  • Once a motorcycle is delivered, registered, and ownership transferred, returns or refunds are not possible, except where required by Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect identified within the warranty period, the motorcycle will be repaired or replaced according to KTM’s official warranty terms.

 

2. Parts & Accessories

  • Unused parts and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase, along with the original invoice.

  • Items must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of installation.

  • Special-order or clearance items are non-returnable.

 

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For card or bank payments, processing time may vary depending on your bank.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Helmets, riding gear, and apparel that have been worn or used

  • Electrical components once installed

  • Services, labor charges, and registration fees

 

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Provide photos and proof of purchase.

  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund after inspection.
