Refund Policy
At KTM Sri Lanka customer satisfaction is important to us. However, as this is a mock/educational website, no real transactions take place. This policy outlines how refunds and returns would work in an actual dealership setting.
1. Motorcycles

Once a motorcycle is delivered, registered, and ownership transferred, returns or refunds are not possible, except where required by Sri Lankan consumer protection laws.

In case of a manufacturing defect identified within the warranty period, the motorcycle will be repaired or replaced according to KTM’s official warranty terms.
2. Parts & Accessories

Unused parts and accessories in their original packaging may be returned within 7 days of purchase, along with the original invoice.

Items must be free from damage, scratches, or signs of installation.

Special-order or clearance items are non-returnable.
3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

For card or bank payments, processing time may vary depending on your bank.
